In the event that your unit should need repair or you wish to return an item, you may request an RMA number by completing the following form. Your request will be processed and an RMA number, along with any necessary instructions, will be provided via email. Your cooperation is appreciated. Items cannot be received without an RMA number. Thank you.

Return Policy
Asonix Corporation only accepts returns made within the first 30 days from shipment.
Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 30-day return period. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner’s manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Return Procedure
1. Complete the Return Request Form below to obtain an RMA number.
2. Repack the item as appropriate for shipping and clearly mark the package with the RMA number. Remember that the item may be refused or a restocking fee may apply if items are missing or show signs of wear, use, or abuse.
3. Return shipping charges are the responibility of the customer.
4. Once the item is received, inspected, and accepted, the purchase price, less any restocking fees, will be credited via PayPal.
