The name Shawn Roberts may not be familiar to you, but perhaps it should. He is on the "short" list of musicians who get called whenever major bands need an extra guitarist for the tour. Shawn is one of those "unsung hero" road warriors and has toured with the likes of Sister Hazel, Lonestar, and Terri Clark. Check out his myspace page:

So who's using Asonix in the studio? Well, here are some of the folks we know about.
Jason Benham is a Producer/Engineer/Mixer in LA. He works at RadioStar Studios and also does freelance work. He has worked with a number of bands including Dishwalla and the Italian band Belladonna. Jason loves the Asonix Nite-Owl. He says it's very warm and creamy with the kind of bite he likes.

Karl Eisenhart is the lead guitarist for a local progressive rock band called Pinnacle. When Pinnacle recorded their latest album, an Asonix Nite-Owl was part of Karl's arsenal. The CD is entitled Meld and you can check it out at:

I recently was introduced to Michael Feingold, a producer and guitarist who toured with Erykah this past spring. He is a big fan of Asonix pedals and often employs the Texas Dirt when laying down a funky, soulful guitar track. Michael has also played for the likes of: Jay-Z, Destiny's Child, Beyonce, George Clinton, and many others!
